Surface Pattern Designer
A few years ago, I had never heard of Surface Pattern Design. I saw pattern on products in every aspect of my life but I didn't put much thought into how they got there. But I DID want to be able to design my own fabric for my personal creative projects so I began to research how I could make that happen.
This is when I learned about Surface Pattern Design and websites like Spoonflower, where I could have my own designs printed on an array of fabrics and wallpaper, and a whole new world was opened!
A little more about me...
As I mentioned earlier, I am inspired by my home state of South Carolina and the beauty, nature and history that can be found here. But that is not all that inspires me.

I have created numerous vintage inspired Christmas and Halloween designs as well as dozens of coordinating basic designs including geometrics and flowers in several team color combinations. You can mix and match the prints to create all kinds of products for your home or a truly personal gift for the big sports fan in your life.
So, with the help of my sweet King Charles Spaniel, Chipper, and my calico cat, Ivy, I get to spend my days sketching, painting, (sometimes sewing) and mostly creating new surface pattern designs for fabric, home decor, and any other products you can imagine.
